Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. Related technologies such as localStorage work in a similar way and are covered by this policy under the same word.
2. The Cookies We Use
Dallas March uses a deliberately tiny set of cookies, all first-party:
- dm_cookie (localStorage, kept until you clear it): remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies in our banner, so we do not ask again on every visit.
- Session-level technical entries that our hosting platform may set to balance load and protect against abuse. These contain no personal information and expire when you close the browser.
We run no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no social media pixels. We do not use analytics services that build individual profiles.
3. Third-Party Cookies from Game Embeds
When you launch an embedded game, the provider (for example CrazyGames) may set its own cookies from its own domain to remember game settings or measure performance. Those cookies are controlled by the provider, not by us, and are described in the provider's cookie policy. Games only connect to their provider after you scroll to or open them, so simply browsing our pages does not trigger third-party cookies.
4. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every modern browser lets you clear stored data for a single site or all sites, block third-party cookies entirely and browse in a private mode that discards cookies on exit. Blocking our cookies will not break the platform; the only effect is that the cookie banner may appear again.
5. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, the platform behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. There is simply nothing to switch off.
6. Changes and Contact
Any change to the cookies we use will be reflected on this page before it takes effect. Questions are welcome at support@dallasmarchforlife.com.
7. Full Storage Inventory
For complete transparency, here is every kind of browser storage the platform can touch and why:
- localStorage "dm_cookie": your cookie banner choice ("accepted" or "declined"). Created only after you press a button in the banner.
- Session memory: the support chat keeps the current conversation in page memory only; it disappears the moment the tab closes and is never written to disk.
- Hosting session entries: short-lived technical entries from our host used for load balancing and abuse protection, deleted when the browser closes.
- Game provider storage: set from the provider's own domain only after a game iframe loads, typically remembering volume settings and game progress.
8. What We Deliberately Do Not Use
The platform contains no advertising pixels, no social media buttons that phone home, no fingerprinting scripts, no cross-device identifiers and no third-party analytics cookies. If you ever spot network traffic from our pages that seems to contradict this list, please report it to us and we will investigate immediately.
9. Browser-by-Browser Control
Every modern browser offers cookie controls in its settings: Chrome under "Privacy and security", Firefox under "Privacy & Security", Safari under "Privacy", and Edge under "Cookies and site permissions". From there you can clear storage for dallasmarchforlife.com alone, block third-party cookies globally or wipe everything on exit. The platform remains fully playable in all of these configurations.
10. Consent Renewal
If we ever introduce a new category of cookies, the banner will reappear and ask for your choice again before anything new is stored. Your previous choice is never silently extended to cover new purposes.
